The questions companies ask

Is December 31 still open?

Ask with the form below. December 31 is booked first come, first served, and we reply by email with whether it is open.

Can you stay through midnight?

Yes. Coverage can run through the countdown and past midnight. We agree the hours in writing when you book.

Can we have a few photos to post on January 1?

Yes. A small set of edited highlights arrives by the afternoon of January 1, included in the booking, so you can post while people are still talking about the night. The full gallery follows within one week.

How much does it cost?

From $800 for a half day or $1,400 for a full day, with around 50 fully edited photographs an hour and an online gallery. A photo booth is $250 an hour, with a two-hour minimum.

Can we use the photos to promote next year's event?

Yes. Your company owns the finished photographs, so you can use them on your website, social channels, newsletters, recruiting and press. It is all agreed in writing when you book.

When do we get the full gallery?

Within one week. Your edited photographs are in an online gallery for you to download.

Who takes the photos?

Dario Hudon, who photographs runway and backstage at fashion weeks in Mexico City, Montreal and Edmonton. Event rooms ask for the same habits: low light, people moving, and getting the picture without stopping the room.

What do you need from us?

The date, the venue, the hours, and the moments that matter: speeches, awards, a team photo. A run sheet helps if you have one.
